ADHD Clinic

About our ADD clinic! ADD & ADHD Treatment Across Idaho

We provide comprehensive ADD and ADHD diagnosis and treatment in Idaho for children, teens, and adults of all backgrounds. Our clinic serves patients statewide touching all cities. We treat the full spectrum of ADD & ADHD—from classic presentations to more subtle or complex cases—and are especially experienced in identifying individuals who have been overlooked or misdiagnosed by traditional providers.

Many of the patients we help do not fit the outdated ADD & ADHD stereotype. This includes women, who are often missed because their symptoms present as overwhelmed, anxiousness, perfectionism, emotional sensitivity, or internal restlessness rather than hyperactivity. It also includes high-functioning adults who appear successful but struggle with procrastination, inconsistent focus, poor time management, mental fatigue, and burnout behind the scenes. These patterns are frequently dismissed, leaving people without answers for years. Our approach is designed to recognize these less obvious presentations and provide accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.

We pride ourselves on the belief that ADD & ADHD care should be simple, responsive, and built around the patient. That means care is administered promptly, phones are answered, and communication is clear and consistent. Our clinic is structured around a service-first model, prioritizing access, reliability, and respect for your time which means no extra appointments if no value is added.

If you are searching for ADD or ADHD assessment or treatment in Idaho, we are here to help. Our mission is simple: identify what others are unsure of or have missed and provide ADD & ADHD care that actually works.

What makes an ADHD clinic different from a general therapist or doctor's office?

A general provider treats ADD and ADHD as one item on a long list of conditions they manage. A dedicated ADHD clinic treats it as the entire focus.

That difference shows up in how quickly you get evaluated, how deeply your symptoms are understood, and how confidently a treatment plan gets built, because ADD and ADHD are not a side specialty here. They are the only specialty.

Who does our ADHD clinic treat?

We treat children, teens, and adults, with particular attention to the presentations that get missed everywhere else. That includes women whose ADHD shows up as overwhelm, anxiousness, or internal restlessness rather than visible hyperactivity.

It also includes high-functioning adults who look like they have it together on the outside while masking procrastination, inconsistent focus, and burnout underneath. If your symptoms never quite matched the stereotype, that does not mean they are not real. It often just means no one has looked closely enough yet.

What does care look like at our clinic?

Care here runs on a service-first model. That means prompt scheduling instead of long waits, responsive communication instead of unanswered calls, and no added appointments unless they actually add value to your treatment.

You should never feel like you are paying for a system's convenience instead of your own progress.

Who's behind the care you'll receive?

Behind every evaluation and treatment plan is a team that understands ADD and ADHD from more than one angle.

Our providers bring both clinical expertise and firsthand experience living with ADHD, and our clinic manager brings a background in access and communication that keeps care simple and responsive from the first phone call.

Provider Tony Bastar PMHNP-BC

I am a proud Idaho native, and have been living with ADD/ADHD my entire life. For years, I faced the everyday challenges ADD can bring—difficulty focusing, staying organized, balancing work and home life, and often feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks.

Like many of my patients, I struggled during my own treatment journey. I often faced providers who were hesitant to provide care or who scheduled excessive appointments that didn’t seem to get me any closer to relief. It was frustrating and discouraging, and it left me feeling like the system wasn’t built to actually help people with ADD or ADHD. That's why I’m so passionate about creating a different experience for my patients.

My goal is to provide compassionate, effective support for individuals living with ADD & ADHD. This clinic is a place where you don’t have to explain yourself; it’s a space where you can receive the treatment and understanding you deserve. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching my patients make real progress, boost their confidence, and improve their quality of life.

I’ve walked this path myself, and now I’m here to help you. This clinic exists to empower you to not just manage ADD or ADHD, but to thrive in every part of your life—just as I have in mine. Let’s work together to make that happen.

Clinic Manager Vena Bastar

As the clinic manager, I bring years of experience in customer service and human resources to ensure every patient has a supportive, responsive, and respectful experience. I understand how important it is to feel heard, valued, and not rushed—especially when seeking care for ADD & ADHD.

I believe an ideal clinic experience starts with accessibility and communication. I prioritize prompt appointment scheduling, make sure phones are answered, and ensure all calls are returned in a timely manner so you are never left wondering what comes next. My goal is to create a clinic environment where you feel supported from your very first interaction.

I also work to remove as many barriers to care as possible. That includes helping streamline insurance billing and offering affordable options for patients without insurance or with out-of-network plans. I believe quality ADD/ADHD care should be straightforward, transparent, and within reach.

Above all, I strive to lead with empathy, organization, and consistency. I want every patient to feel respected, cared for, and confident that they have a team behind them—one that is dependable, communicative, and truly invested in their well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we treat children, teens, and adults. ADHD looks different at different ages, so our evaluation approach adjusts accordingly, taking into account developmental stage, daily responsibilities, and how symptoms tend to present at each age.

Both. We offer online and in-person appointments, giving patients across Idaho the flexibility to choose whichever format fits their schedule and comfort level, without sacrificing the quality of the evaluation or treatment.

We specialize in exactly this situation. Many of our patients were told they were fine, or that their symptoms were something else entirely, before finally getting an accurate diagnosis with us. Our team is trained to recognize the presentations other providers often miss, including symptoms that show up as anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout rather than the classic ADHD stereotype. If a previous provider missed it, that does not mean there is nothing there.
